Every product is made with care and attention to detail. We produce and ship all orders from France. Here is an overview of our production process and delivery options:
Production Process
- Custom Products from Photos: Once the order is received, if it involves customization based on a photo provided by the customer, we convert the photo into a vectorized drawing that will then be engraved or cut. After creating the drawing, we send a photo to the customer to verify the design and confirm whether they are satisfied or if they would like any adjustments. Once the design is approved by the customer, we proceed with production.
- Custom Products with Text: For products requiring only text modification, we proceed directly with production. However, in special cases, if we have doubts about inconsistencies or errors, we may contact the customer for clarification.
- No Response from the Customer: If the customer does not respond within 72 hours of receiving the digital proof (BAT), we proceed with the production of the product according to the originally proposed design.
Production Time
For most products, the production time is between 24 to 48 working hours, excluding holidays. Products that require more time to produce are clearly indicated on their product page.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: Products are shipped immediately after production from our workshop in France.
Delivery Options: When placing an order, several delivery options are offered:
- Fast delivery
- Standard, economical delivery
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to Point Relais for orders starting from:
- France: 60€ and above
- Other European countries: 100€ and above
Delivery Area
We ship to France and the European Union. For delivery outside these zones, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss possibilities.
